Job Description: Desktop Support Engineer-L1 & L2(Residential & Internal Support)

1. Installation, trouble shooting and configuration of Win 7/8/10 Operating System
2. Support Outlook, Active Directory, basic networking, Hardware, OS, etc
3. Will be independently working for trouble shooting issues using latest technologies
4. Will be learning and following standard process and procedures of IT Management
5. Support LAN,VLAN,TCP/IP and basic networking technologies
6. Work on remote management services and resolve ticketing system
7. Work on AD,DNS,DHCP,FILE SERVICE, and office 365 environment


1. Good Knowledge of Hardware, Outlook, Windows OS, User Configuration and Maintenance
2. Preferable candidates with hardware/Networking/MCP/MCSE/MNA/MCSA is preferred
3. Should be flexible with 24*7support and move on clients site if need be
4. Two-wheeler preferred S clients visits are involved(candidates will get better exposure with client visits)
